Shipping and Delivery
  • We try hard to offer shipping at no additional charge (AKA Free Shipping) but some items are either just too large or do not have enough profit in them for us to absorb that cost.  You can read about all our Shipping and Delivery terms here.

Returns and Replacements
  • If you are not satisfied, you may return a new / unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days from the date of invoice, with a copy of your original invoice, for a refund/exchange. Please read our How to Return an Item Page here.

  • We do run sales and promotions from time to time. If you order an item and then see the same item on sale in our store within 10 days of your order we will refund the difference.
