Shipping and Delivery

• We try hard to offer shipping at no additional charge (AKA Free Shipping) but some items are either just too large or do not have enough profit in them for us to absorb that cost.  You can read about all our Shipping and Delivery terms here.

Privacy and Security

• We do not sell or rent any of our customers information EVER. We value our customers and we take all technically feasible steps to protect their privacy. Read all our privacy information here.

Returns and Replacements

• If you are not satisfied, you may return a new / unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days from the date of invoice, with a copy of your original invoice, for a refund/exchange. Please read our How to Return an Item Page here.

• We want your ordering process to be as easy as possible so feel free to call us or email us if you have any questions, we will be glad to help any way we can.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions

• We accept most payment methods, you can read about them here.
• We do run sales and promotions from time to time. If you order an item and then see the same item on sale in our store within 10 days of your order we will refund the difference.

• It is easy to keep your account up to date by just clicking the account tab. Having up to date information will make your shopping experience faster and more enjoyable and will ensure that you get your packages as quickly as possible at the proper address and all your tracking information is emailed to the correct location!
