Heavy Duty Fabricated Plate Coil-over Shock Towers weld-on for a strong and clean Solid Axle Swap; these upper shock mounts work for either Coil-over or Leaf spring applications. These are a perfect fit when converting your Chevrolet HD or GMC HD with either a Duramax or Gas engine to a straight axle and running coil-overs or leafs!
These shock towers are CNC cut out of 1/4 inch plate right here in the USA. They are designed to fit inside the stock wheel well and we have test fit them on 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC trucks... both Gas and Duramax Diesel. The bracket measures 11 inches from the center of the shock mount hole to the top of the frame. There are two "dog legs" that go down over the side of the frame for rigidity and strength. The shock tabs are the standard 1.5-inch width for use with most aftermarket shocks and the appropriate misalignment spacers.
Sold as a Pair. Includes Grade 8 hardware to mount the shocks to the tower.
We also have Reservoir Mounts which bolt to the top of this shock tower so you can easily mount your reservoir out of the way which can be added in the drop down above.
