Crossover steering arm for Dana 60 kingpin axles with an added hole to allow hi-steer if you would like to add it. This is our most popular steering arm for people running tires under 40 inches or that do not do serious off-roading. This arm will allow you to change your kingpin Dana 60 front axle to crossover steering and even add high steer if you want to later or simply leave one hole empty if you don't. The arm is CNC machined and has 5 holes for studs in case you are using it with a Reid Racing 5 bolt knuckle. The end of the arm is milled at a 10 degree angle in order to make up for kingpin inclination. The holes in the arm are tapered to fits standard GM 1 ton tie rod ends. You can drill them out if you want to use heims or simply use a reamer on them to increase the peth of the taper for GM 1 ton high angle double pivot draglink ends (part numbers ES2026R or ES2027L). In case you do not know or wonder about this distinction, the GM 1 ton Tie-rod ends have a smaller, shorter taper than higher angle draglink ends and to use the drag link ends you increase the depth of the taper by roughly 1/4 inch. The arm slips right over most stock kingpin caps and requires the use of studs and tapered nuts.
