DIY 54 in Long Radius Arm Kit for Ford Superduty Axle Swaps / Conversions / SAS Kits

Our DIY Radius Arm kit is designed to work perfectly with the 05-12 Ford Superduty Dana 60 and our GM SAS Kit crossmember, WFO Crossmember, OR in custom applications which is why we also include chassis / frame mounts and 48 inches of tubing so you can make just about any custom setup work! The kit includes huge 1-1/4 inch x 2-5/8 x 9/16 rod ends and brackets to attach to your frame or your custom bracket in your swap application or you can even use these with our GM SAS kit crossmember or the WFO crossmember to save some money if you are building your own kit. The front clevis mounts fit perfectly on the stock Axle bushings and we have the hard to find bolts available too, just order the optional bolt kit and it will include the 4 front metric bolts and the 4 rear rod end bolts.

Here is some measurement information to help you build your kit: the included frame-side brackets are approximately 3-3/16 in wide, 6-1/2 in long and 3-1/8 in tall. The 05-12 Superduty axle arm mounts are approximately 35 inches apart (side to side). Factory Ford Radius arms are approximately 35 inches long bolt to bolt (front to back). For custom applications with narrow frames, we have optional OUTRIGGERS to add 2 inches of width per side to your frame if it is not wide enough to accommodate a 35-inch wide parallel arm setup. The DIY outriggers are 1/4 inch thick, and provide a 4.5 in x 4.5 in mounting area that rests under the frame and extends 2 inches outward for a total of 4 inches (counting both sides) of added width and a ton of strength with RAMPED and Boxed ends for both extreme rigidity that won't snag on the rocks you are crawling over.

IMPORTANT - These links do not come welded; the material is cut, bent, formed, ready to assemble, and weld. We include enough tubing for almost every application so you can shorten it as needed for your custom applications. Again, welding is required and shortening the tubing may be as well depending on your application.

The upper and lower link tubing is 2-inch x 0.250-inch wall DOM. The large custom clevis ends on our links will bolt directly over the 2005-2012 Ford Superduty Rubber Axle Mounts. The upper arms include 7/8 inch rod ends and torque arm tabs to weld onto the lower link in your desired location.

These links ship raw steel and require you to welding. You may need to cut the DOM down to the proper length before you weld in the tube insert to fit your application.
