Crossover Steering Tie Rod and Drag Link Kit with Weld Bungs and Thick Wall DOM Tubing
For customers that already have their passenger side Hi-Steer arm and Pitman arm and want to create their own specific length tie rod and drag link we created this kit with thick wall DOM Tie Rod and Drag Link tubing, Genuine MOOG GM "1-Ton" Tie Rod ends, MOOG Double Pivot Drag Link Ends, and weld-in pre-threaded 7/8 in x 18 TPI right and left hand threaded steel bungs so you can make this kit to the exact length you need.. This kit does NOT inclide a Pitman Arm or a Dana 60 Hi-steer arm however we do have them available seperately so we can properly drill and taper it from the bottom up or top down based on your intended lift height and needs.
This kit is ideal for custom cross-over steering setups. This kit uses double pivot drag link ends at both the pitman arm and hi-steer arm to maximize the amount of articulation that can be achieved. The tie rod ends are standard Chevy "1 ton" ends. We only use genuine MOOG parts and all our tie rod and drag link ends come with jamb nuts.
IMPORTANT - This kit will require cutting the tie rod and drag link tubing to your needed lengths and welding in the threaded steel bungs. If you need a kit that does not require welding or has wider than stock Dana 60 track width or more than 6 inches of lift the PLEASE contact us before ordering!
