How to Request a Return

Return and / or Exchange Terms and Conditions

If you are not satisfied, you may return a new / unused item in the original box within 30 days from the date of invoice, with a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, for a refund or exchange. When making a return, please remember a few rules of thumb so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

  • DO NOT send the item to our main corporate office address listed on this site! Contact Us First for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) BEFORE you return an item. We will give you the correct return address at the time the RMA is issued; some items must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection prior to refund. If you return an item to our corporate address shown on this website any cost to forward the item to the correct destination will be deducted from any refund issued.
  • You MUST GET AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) - NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number!
    • The easiest way is to log into your account and use the return link for your order to request an RMA to return an item.
    • If you cannot log in to your account for any reason, you can call us at 800-797-4076 to request an RMA.

  • When we issue the RMA to you be sure to include the RMA number on your return shipping label!  DO NOT write on or otherwise deface the original item packaging!!!
  • Make a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, write the RMA number on it, and send it with the return. Please keep a copy for your own records.
  • Send the package using UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service and be sure to INSURE the shipment!
  • No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.
  • Ship the item to the address we specify when we issue you an RMA.

Important Return Conditions

  • You may request a return for any new and unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped; this does NOT include custom ordered parts which are not returnable.
  • If your item has been used or installed please contact the manufacturer for appropriate warranty claims; note that racing parts are only warranted by the manufacturer to be free from manufacturing defects, NOT for wear or breakage since, "That's Racing Folks!"
  • Custom Ordered parts are not returnable.
  • If your order included any "special offer" or "free" parts or products, these must also be returned at the same time or their full retail value will be deducted from any refund.
  • Any credit will be issued for merchandise only; no refunds on original shipping charges.
  • Even orders with so called "free shipping" still cost us to ship and therefore are considered "shipping included" rather that FREE. The actual cost for original shipping the item(s) will be decducted from any refund.
  • A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the item you return has damaged packaging and / or must be repackaged to be re-sellable.
  • If we agree to accept a return that is beyond the standard 30 day return time frame the return will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • if the item you return is not re-sellable as new then it is not eligible for any refund.
  • If the returned item has been installed or damaged then it is not eligible for any refund.
  • Electronic items, including but not limited to programmers, tuners, chips, software, etc., are not returnable if opened, no exceptions.

Warranties

  • Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 30 days or more from the date of purchase.
  • All manufacturer warranties are included with any order from our website.
  • Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only; racing parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
  • If you are returning electrical parts, our agents will help to determine if the item is returnable to us or if a warranty claim must be filed with the manufacturer and where the part needs to be sent. You can call 800-797-4076 to speak with a Customer Service representative or use the "Contact Us" link on this website.
  • Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse a refund as well as make any exceptions.
  • We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos, software, tuners, programmers, chips, and other devices which contain intellectual or copyrighted property cannot be returned for a refund once opened.
  • Used items still under manufacturers warranty must be handled by a manufacturer's factory representative.

Items Damaged In Shipment

Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier.
